At Paramount Sports Flooring (a brand of Paramount Interiors), we take pride in the precision of our engineering. Because our sports surfaces (Vinyl, Acrylic, EPDM) are custom-cut, dyed, or manufactured specifically for your project dimensions, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the material has been dispatched or installed.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled or modified only within 24 hours of payment, provided the manufacturing process has not commenced.

Manufacturing Warranty: While we do not offer standard retail returns, we stand behind our quality. We provide a 5-Years Limited Warranty on all our flooring products against manufacturing defects, premature wear, or UV degradation.

Damaged Goods: In the rare event that material arrives damaged at the site, it must be noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) and reported to us within 48 hours for immediate replacement under our transit insurance policy.
